We lost power during a snow storm at *:** am **********, still no power **:** a.m. **********. I know the linemen(bless their hearts,are working super hard and long hours,but Com Ed makes it impossible to talk to an actual human to get an estimated time or date for restoration of service. We are elderly and have a neighbor in her **'s sitting here with no heat. How did Com Ed come up with a no customer service scenario and how many customers have to choose alternate services before a monopoly takes notice?
