Contacted you several days ago. Please call me back. Think your sales rep Omar mistakenly sent and charged me for a *. *** inch fit up instead if a *. *** inch one. It is for the same clock that I ordered a * *** inch one last year. It did not work then and I never got it fixed as could not find elsewhere. I would like to exchange this one for the *. ***" version. I don't think this was my mistake but I should have caught it earlier. My number is ***-***-**** and I would like to resolve this. The one Omar sent is way too small.
