My mom unknowingly signed up for Classmates.com many years ago. She is now 90 years old and doesn't recall joining. Recently, her credit card was charged $72 in October. Despite canceling her account, Classmates.com refuses to issue a refund. I've attempted to contact them on her behalf, but they won't speak with me. As I live in a different town from my mom, I'm unable to assist her when she calls to resolve this issue.

I have two Classmates memberships. One is under the name Jeffrey Justus, which I can access. The other is Jeff Justus, which I do not have access to. The second account could be an earlier one that I opened, but I cannot recall the email or password. I am unsure if the account is active, but it shows [redacted] visitors. The profile picture matches my current one from Facebook last summer. I am puzzled how the photo appeared on this inaccessible account since I cannot access it to upload this picture. Is it possible to discover the email address associated with this account? I used to have an old email, [redacted], but no longer have access to it. If this account is linked to that email, how can I regain entry into this account?

I signed up for Classmates.com via email and noticed I mainly receive emails from Piscataway HS, NJ, where I spent the last 6 months of my Senior Year in [redacted]. I initially expected to find information about my primary high school, Edison Township HS, NJ, where I attended up to the first 4 months of my Senior Year, along with a year at Highland Park HS, NJ for my Junior year. I also listed my college as University College, Rutgers, New Brunswick, NJ in [redacted]. However, when trying to add this information under another school in Classmates, I keep getting an error message stating my first name does not match, preventing me from adding the school. Since I mainly attended Edison, I would prefer to receive emails related to Edison HS. It seems like information on my earlier schools may have disappeared from Classmates, causing this programming issue when trying to update my profile.

I have noticed that I seem to have three different accounts on the platform. I would like to consolidate all the non-redundant information into a single account. One account has more pictures that I have submitted for posting than the others, and I would like all pictures to be displayed. Additionally, I want all the historical information and anecdotal responses to be combined. I am currently being prompted to make another payment for an expired account, but I am holding off until all the information from the multiple accounts is merged into one. I mistakenly created a profile for him instead of finding him or information about his high school. Cancel Classmates account. I have tried to cancel it but noticed it continues to charge my debit card. The account wasn't cancelled, and I'm being charged $28.99 without my authorization except for a one-time $2.95 charge. I didn't permit these charges and want a refund for all unauthorized charges. Please review the account details to see these charges. I am shocked by Classmates' actions and demand a refund of the unauthorized charges. All I approved was the $2.95 one-time payment, nothing more. Kindly refund the unauthorized charges to my card.

I recently subscribed and paid for a three-month subscription using my debit card. However, I have noticed questionable behavior on my account resembling a fake screenshot of the Classmates.com app sign-in page, despite appearing to be on my paid subscription. The occurrence of this fake page leads me to believe that my account linked to Facebook is being compromised, potentially exposing my identity, privacy, account security, and password to hacking attempts. I am requesting an immediate investigation into this matter as I have experienced a similar issue with another account in the past when I registered and subscribed to your service. I recently sent an email as a free member through the message center a few days ago, and it was showing in the sent box. However, once I upgraded to a 3-month subscription after learning more about the service, the email seems to have disappeared from the sent box. I am now uncertain if it was actually sent or deleted. The help section mentioned that emails would be sent even as a free member, so I am wondering what might have happened to it after my upgrade.

My name is J.S. and I graduated from Hayward High School in [redacted]. I noticed that my name appears twice on the class list, one in a smaller font size and the other in a normal size. This is causing issues when logging in, and I would like the data transferred to the correct file and the duplicate removed. It seems people are accessing the wrong version and leaving messages for me in error. Upon further inspection, I found 23 name duplications in the [redacted] list and 15 errors in the [redacted] list. I kindly request that all these discrepancies be rectified and measures put in place to prevent future recurrences. Accuracy in compiling this information is crucial. The current situation is troubling, and I am considering cancelling due to these repeated errors.

A member named Peter & Christine Brail reached out to us after I updated my information on Classmates.com. Despite unsubscribing, I continue to receive emails. Peter Brail has been contacting me since summer [redacted], and when I noticed a time discrepancy on March 8th, [redacted], I informed him. Peter explained that he uses the ISO format. However, now I am receiving emails with incorrect time stamps, sometimes showing AM emails with PM time stamps. This issue even affected a story I wrote on Ancestry, with the time stamp displaying the next day. I worry if others contacted by Peter will also face this problem. I contacted your customer service in late February (around 2/23/[redacted]) regarding a $72 charge on my credit card. Despite assurances from your representative to credit the amount and close the account, my card was never refunded. I assumed the credit was pending, but after receiving the recent bill, I see the $72 credit is still missing. Do I need to inform my credit card issuer, Chase, about disputing the charge? Why hasn't the credit been issued yet? I request a prompt response to prevent me from escalating this matter with Chase and posting about it online. Please address this promptly. There seems to be a profile for a student named Dan Williamson at San Leandro High School in California that doesn't actually exist. The Senior student body list can confirm this. I tried calling the provided number but was on hold for 45 minutes before the call abruptly ended. I discovered a $72 charge from classmates.com (cm.com) on PayPal, which I have raised a dispute for. According to PayPal records, I have had a "subscription" with cm.com since [redacted], which I canceled after the charge. There seems to be a free and paid subscription option, with the paid one being $72 yearly. I have no recollection of upgrading or making such a payment. This unauthorized charge caused an overdraft in my bank account on June 14. I urgently need evidence that I approved this transaction. Your assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I wanted to confirm that my subscription has been canceled. I was unaware of the trial period and was surprised when I saw the charge for another three months on my account. I have been deleting your emails without reading them because they have not been helpful, only promotional. I canceled my subscription promptly once I realized. I did try calling customer service once, but after waiting for 13 minutes without getting through to anyone, I hung up. I have not attempted to contact them again. While I acknowledge that the information provided might be useful, the way it is presented with no substantial content or easy way to interact seems misleading.

I was erroneously charged $18 for a 3-month subscription on my Venmo account without authorization. I had initially purchased the subscription 3 months ago to access hidden private messages. Following the purchase, I promptly canceled the subscription. However, I recently discovered another charge on my account. Upon noticing this, I went back into my account and changed the settings to manual in an attempt to cancel the subscription once more. I did not receive any confirmation email verifying the cancellation. I have not utilized the service since reading the initial emails and have not logged into the account except to dispute the recent charge. I have yet to receive any acknowledgement of my efforts to cancel the subscription again. I am seeking assistance in reversing the charge and resolving this matter. I created a Classmates account years ago and the profile picture associated with it is not a true representation of who I am now. It pops up first when my name is Googled, hindering my job search. Unfortunately, I can't recall the email or login information for the account, and I got locked out while trying to recover it. I am willing to provide a scanned copy of my ID and a current photo to verify my identity. I believe the email associated with the account might be [redacted]. My son, Navyam Shaurya Solanki, is currently a student in class 4 at BSEB, DAV, Patna. He uses Classmate notebooks for his studies. Today, on August 29, [redacted], he suggested that it would be beneficial if the Classmate notebooks were also available in Hindi to match the content of the cover page with the subject matter inside. He believes that printing the notebooks in Hindi would be a positive move to align everything seamlessly. His suggestion aims to promote the use and significance of the Hindi language, including within your brand. It's a great point raised by my son, showing how important it is to support and acknowledge Hindi language and culture through our products. Let's support our children's enthusiasm in this regard.
