The issue in GetHuman-jpahawki's own words
I recently discovered I have two accounts? on my Classmates HS page. One has been active for several years. The other has my name and NEW posted next to it. I did not request a NEW account that I am aware of. I called approximately one week ago and spoke to a customer representative who told me they would delete the NEW name account and refund any money that may have been charged to me. I saw today **********, **** a.m., that the NEW name account was still present. Please delete the NEW name and correct this issue.

GetHuman-jpahawki did not yet indicate what Classmates.com should do to make this right.
