I tried to cancel my account about a month ago, I am with no money at the moment and couldn't afford another month of membership, I thought I had but the website keep putting me through circle and it didn't. Because I was charged my bank account was overdrawn causeing me to have negative $** and my rent is due. First I want to cancel my account second I want to get a refund for ** dollars. I went back on the website today ( since I saw that money was withdrawn even though I had tried my hardest to cancel membership) and again got caught in a digital loop without any way to cancel membership.

GetHuman3860155 did not yet indicate what ClassPass should do to make this right.
