The issue in GetHuman-saragonn's own words
Yesterday I made an online order for a pick up at *:**pm. One of the items I order was hard tacos, my daughter is allergic to gluten. I picked up my order and got it home and noticed we had a burrito instead of hard tacos. I tried to call the store * times but it keep ringing. The rest of the family ate and I went back to the store to get the tacos. First the manager Mia was horrible. The girl at the registered told her that I need to speak to her. She completely ignored me. Someone else came in the their order that was wrong. She fixed their issue while I was still there. Finally I got her attention and I told her that I need * hard tacos bc my order was wrong and she said we don't have have taco shell left. I was missed bc I order my daughter can eat there with her allergy but I was more pissed that they did not answer the phone all the times I can so I wasted my time driving back there and then being ignored. I asked for my money back and she gave me my money for the tacos. But the more I think about it I am still angry. I am so disappointed that she did not say sorry and she did not even care. The manager should care about the customers and should answer the phones. I am not sure I will be coming back which makes me sad bc I love the food. But the workers need to care about the customers and their health.
