Put a gift card and card balance on the app and pay with it, you know like it’s supposed to work. ... In my **th problem with using your app and or gift cards when entering my gift card into the app The app says I have zero dollars on it. When I call the number it says it has the $** that I put on it. The gift card number provides no one to talk to about this. The app provides no one to talk to about this. When I had tried to use gift cards They universally don’t scan and the employee has to type them in manually or lazy*incompetent employees tell me there is no money on them even though there is when I later called the check. Can you please enter my gift card balance onto my app? Can you please just make your app and gift cards work in general? Oh and recommending talking to an open store to resolve it and issue is the most BS recommendation I have ever seen. They are totally clueless on how to address these issues if they are even motivated to try.** Gift card number: ****************
You don’t realize how buggy your app and gift cards are.
Put my gift card balance on the app. Picture stuff so I don’t have to contact people to do it. Make it easy to contact people when stuff like this needs fixed.
I’ve been going to chipotle’s since there was one chipotle. I’ve been trying, mostly with frustration, to use your GD app ever since it came out. I go to chipotle so much people buy me a gift cards as presents.
Every time I am in the store. There is no feasible way for employees to handle anything like this from the POS even if they were trying to.
