I supposed to be flying Lax- Mla on January **,****.I am a Philippine passport holder and my passport will expiring in Feb **,****.I have a confirmed schedule for Passport Renewal in the Philippines on January **,****.Upon check in the flight attendant did not acknowledge me and told me was not able to fly to Philippines since passport is about to expire.*I am a Philippine Passport holder not a US passport so why would i be declined of going back to my home country to renew a passport.*I called other airlines and said it is fine to go as long as i will renew my Philippine passport prior to coming back in the US.I called aviation office and they also confirmed i am good to depart as long as i have valid passport in coming back to the US.**It is a complete disappointment and time wasted.I know it is a policy that *mos validation of passport is required going to a foreign country.But my final destination is my home country which is the Philippines.**I called customer service with regards to this matter and all she said is she cannot do anything with regards to my complain.**I need a clarification with China Eastern policy.Why i would not be allowed to depart US to go to my home country Philippines with a month valid passport.Please confirm.
