My name is scott Kuzemka I opened an account with you but had not activated it yet. My phone was recently stolen and that was the phone number I used to open the account. My card number is last eight digits are **** **** security code *** and expiration *****. My old phone number was *** *** ****. My new number is *** *** ****. My email is also a new one. My new gmail addresses is *****@***.com *And I lost the green paper that came with my card so I do not know my account number with all of this being said I can not activate my card. And all of my attempts to do so have failed. I am awaiting my direct deposits as well as my stimulus payment and I truly need someones help to get my account active and open.
