I was charged $**.** plus *.** plus *.** plus *.** on Friday after not being able to connect with my tutor on the lesson space. I logged in at my scheduled time at ** pm and was talking to my tutor. I talked to my tutor for ** minutes and he finally let me know that I needed to go to the lesson space in order to enter the lesson. I did not know I had to enter the lesson space or how to do it. Finally, I was able to enter the lesson space (while communicating with my tutor all of this time). However, when I entered the lesson space, I kept on getting a message saying to update my card. My card had sufficient funds on it, and I did not understand why I was getting that message. The message kept on blocking me from the lesson space, therefore I was not able to do the lesson. Also, when I looked at my account it said I have *** minutes balance. In a nutshell, I don't know why I kept on being blocked from the lesson space. I was also charged. Thanks.
