Hello! I rented the "Countries and Concepts 13th Edition" on Monday, October 28. Yesterday, October 30, I received an email from UPS stating that my package had been delivered at 5:08 pm. Unfortunately, I did not hear the doorbell ring, and when I checked for the package about 15 minutes later, the book was missing. I searched my house thoroughly and also looked on both of my neighbors' porches, but the package was nowhere to be found. Can you assist me in filing a claim with UPS or arrange a refund so I can purchase the book again? I urgently need it for a class that I just started. Thank you for your help! J.D.

I made a payment for my Chegg account on 10/24/19. Shortly after, I received notice that my account was deactivated due to alleged violations of terms and conditions. Upon investigation, it was confirmed that no violations had occurred. I explained my heavy usage, full-time work, mainly online course load, and reliance on Chegg due to lack of time for tutoring. I ensured only I had access to my account, as I am an older nontraditional student with no one to share it with. Now that my account is reactivated, Chegg is requesting an additional $14.95 to resume services. This feels unreasonably like double billing for a mistake on their end, which seems unfair. I am requesting a reimbursement for the 10/24/19 payment since I was wrongly accused, as I plan to purchase a new subscription today. It would be fair to refund the month I paid for but couldn't use. I appreciate your help. Thank you.

1. Yesterday at 12 pm, I received an email stating that I had placed an order for the Chegg Study Monthly Subscription. While I had rented a textbook in August and was aware that Chegg sometimes offers a free trial of Chegg Study to textbook renters, I don't recall opting for the free trial during the checkout process. Upon reviewing the email from Chegg regarding the textbook rental, there was no mention of a free trial. I have since cancelled my Chegg Study subscription. 2. Even though the ebook rental return date is set for November 22, I'm prepared to return the book now. Could you please guide me on the process for returning the ebook ahead of the scheduled return date?

Hello, I'm Marla Lizarraga. I enrolled in the free month trial that came with my Physics class via WebAssign. I had no intention of keeping the subscription since I prefer not to seek homework answers and rather focus on preparing for my exams. I realized that the subscription was set to renew on 11/07/19, but I forgot to cancel it. I tried canceling via my phone the day before but couldn't locate the settings, planning to try on a desktop later, but got occupied and forgot until now. Chegg has already charged me for this month, but I don't want to continue the subscription. I am seeking a refund since I will not be utilizing your services. Thank you.

I have noticed several charges on my account that I would like to address: - 11/6 - $15.00 - 11/4 - $14.95 - 10/30 - $15.00 - 10/28 - $2.50 - 10/4 - $14.95 - 9/10 - $29.99 I am aware of the monthly $14.95 charge for my Chegg account, but I did not expect weekly charges for tutoring services. It appears that I was charged without using the service regularly. Additionally, I am unsure of the $2.50 charge as I did not make any additional purchases. Regarding the $29.99 tutoring charge, I was promised 30 minutes free, but encountered issues with the tutors. One tutor did not show up promptly, and another did not provide adequate help during the session. I would like to keep my Chegg account with the $14.95 monthly subscription, but I am requesting a refund for the additional charges related to the tutoring services. If a refund cannot be issued, I will need to cancel all services to avoid this situation in the future.

I am facing an issue on chegg.com where perimeterx.com is blocking me and asking to verify I am human due to potential automation tool use. I have taken multiple steps to resolve it including enabling Javascript, clearing cookies, disabling adblocker, trying different browsers, using VPN, incognito mode, and creating a proxy tunnel to my home server. Despite these efforts, the problem persists and seems to be triggered by an automated system. It is disrupting my work significantly, and I am seeking assistance to address this inconvenience.

Hello, I am Khosbayar Amartuvshin. I encountered an issue with my account registered with the email [redacted] Despite logging in correctly, I was unable to access the information I needed. In a rush, I created another account, only to mistakenly create two additional accounts due to recurrent errors. Consequently, I was charged twice for the subscriptions linked to [redacted] and [redacted] I kindly request a refund for these charges as I had already been charged on my original account a few days prior. Although the mistake was mine, I find it unjust to be charged three times. I appreciate your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

To whom it may concern, I have contacted your customer service four times and each time I have been placed on hold for more than 15 minutes. Despite reaching out to Chegg support via email, I have not received any assistance. The Chegg tutors I emailed redirected me back to the account support team. I am frustrated with being passed around and the lack of progress on a seemingly simple issue. I initially contacted you regarding excessive activity on my account, likely due to accidentally signing in on both my phone and computer simultaneously. I want to clarify that I have not shared my account details with anyone. My account has been inactive for 3 days now, impacting my midterm study sessions. I have not received any meaningful support. I am requesting compensation for this inconvenience or the removal of the ban on my account. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to cancel my membership. I appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Sincerely, Leah

To Whom It May Concern, I am disoriented and upset about being accused of violating your terms. I paid $15 expecting to receive assistance with chemistry, Chegg has been very helpful to me. I may be under suspicion due to logging in from various devices like my phone, laptop, and other computers. Nonetheless, deactivating my account, especially when I rely on Chegg for help this week, is unjust. I have an upcoming exam and preparing for it has now become more challenging. If my account remains deactivated, I will no longer use Chegg and will caution others against it. Please provide clarification on this issue. Thank you

I have three Chegg accounts registered with the following email addresses: [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] On November 18, I attempted to make a $15 payment for a new set of 20 questions on the [redacted] account. However, the system is indicating that there is no subscription associated with this account. My records reflect the payment through my American Express app for the $15. I urgently need access to these 20 questions. Even after checking all three accounts, I am unable to find the questions. I ended the subscriptions on the [redacted] and [redacted] accounts prior to this payment, so the $15 should belong to the [redacted] account. I kindly request either a refund or the provision of the 20 questions. Thank you for your assistance.

I, a tutor, had arranged a 1.5-hour lesson with a student, [Student (ID: [redacted])]. We had agreed to a live session where I would share detailed lessons and program codes with the student to help with a problem. I provided the materials as promised at the beginning of the lesson but the student abruptly ended the session after only 20 minutes, despite our agreement to continue until 11 PM EST. This has resulted in me spending over an hour and a half without fair compensation. I have reported this incident on the platform. I am seeking assistance to receive the remaining compensation. My tutoring availability is limited to after 7:30 PM EST, and I rely on these sessions to teach effectively.

Good morning, I am experiencing difficulties using the app since yesterday as it indicates that my account has been restricted. This issue has recurred a few times in the last few weeks, preventing me from using the app when I need to. Today is crucial for studying, and it's frustrating not being able to access my account. I don't share my account with anyone. I switch between using the app on my phone, computer, and library computer for convenience and efficiency. This ongoing problem is disappointing. Please clarify if this restriction will persist, as I may need to seek an alternative study app. Additionally, I would like a refund for this month due to only being able to use the app for two days. Thank you.

I subscribed to Chegg in October, but I've been encountering issues with my password, which I have to reset every two weeks. Despite changing it repeatedly, the system accuses me of sharing my account as I use it more frequently than a typical user. The problem reached a point where my account is now restricted and locked since yesterday, even though I'm still paying for this month. I believe I deserve compensation for this recurring inconvenience. It's unfair that I'm being penalized for excessive usage and falsely accused of sharing my account. I expect a resolution promptly as I'm dissatisfied with the current situation.

Hello! I received an email stating my Chegg account was suspended for unauthorized use. I'm a college student at Montana State University and often use Chegg on campus. I sometimes forget to log off when using public computers in the library, leading to a possible situation where another student accessed my account accidentally.

I recently received an email informing me that my Chegg account has been suspended due to alleged account sharing. I am a student at Montana State University and rely on Chegg for my studies. I often use the library computers where I might have forgotten to log out, allowing another student to access my account without my permission. I would like to appeal this decision as it was unintentional. I assure you that I will be more vigilant in the future and will make sure to comply with all terms of service going forward.

Dear Chegg, I am currently a student at the University of Queensland, and I am an international student. I purchased a one-month subscription to your service for $14.99. However, I have noticed that I was charged double for the same period, from 15/9/[redacted] to 15/10/[redacted]. I would appreciate it if you could refund me the excess amount of $14.99, as I only intended to purchase one month and not two. I apologize for the delay in addressing this issue, as I have been occupied with my exams. Thank you.

Last Thursday, I created a Chegg account and paid for the $14.50 subscription. However, immediately after the payment went through, I received an email stating they were sorry to see me go, and my account was deleted. Even though Chegg charged me $14.50, I was unable to access their services. I want to renew my subscription without being charged again for this month since they already deducted a payment from my bank account.

I have recently noticed that I was charged twice for a Chegg service that I do not have. The charges on my bank statement appear as "POS DEBIT CHEGG *ORDER SANTA CLARA CA" for $22.50 each. I currently only use Chegg Study and Chegg Tutors on a pay-as-you-go basis. Today, my Chegg Study charge went through as usual, and I have not utilized any time for my Tutors pay-as-you-go. Therefore, the only valid charge should be for the Study subscription without the additional $22.50 charges. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you.

I recently noticed that I was charged twice for a Chegg service I do not have. Upon checking my bank account, the charges appear as follows: POS DEBIT CHEGG *ORDER SANTA CLARA CA, each for $22.50. I only use Chegg Study and Chegg Tutors pay-as-you-go services. Today (12/1), my Chegg Study subscription payment went through as usual. While I did ask questions on Chegg Tutors in November, none of them were resolved, meaning I did not use any time from my pay-as-you-go subscription. Therefore, the only charge that should be on my account is for the Study subscription, excluding the two $22.50 charges. Kindly assist me in resolving this issue and processing a refund. Thank you.
