On Thursday, **th of September, I subscribed to Chegg to seek assistance and was charged ($**.** USD * $**.** AUD). Once I no longer needed this assistance, I went to cancel my subscription. However, I was offered my next month at a $*.** USD payment. I decided to stay subscribed for the following month because of this low price. **The following month (Friday, **th October), I was charged the full amount of $**.** USD ($**.** AUD). I was very unhappy I was charged this amount and cancelled my account immediately. **Today, the **th of November, I was (again) charged the full amount of $**.** USD ($**.** AUD) and am incredibly unimpressed and disappointed. I would like a full refund of the last two payments made on the **th of October ($**.** AUD) and the **th of November ($**.** AUD).**I am looking forward to hearing back from you.**Thanks
