I have used chegg for few years and I cancelled my subscription since I graduated university in May ****. And I just realized that I had been registered until the end of September ****. I had not even used Chegg since May **** but there was no way to get refund. **When I cancelled my subscription, I remember that It said that I can still use my Chegg account until at the end of October since I paid until the end of September. **And NOW, I just logged in to my account just to check If I might be still registered and It seems I cannot use my account anymore. But today is October **th and It has to be registered until the end of October. **I am not saying that I need to use my account but If there is a problem with my account, I want to get refund for that.

GetHuman-jeongmin did not yet indicate what Chegg should do to make this right.
