Chegg,**Last week I resubscribed to chegg study (charged $**.****?) to the account registered to my email listed below. Yesterday, I tried to sign back in to my account, but after my email was recognized, was told that I needed to change my password in order to be signed back into my account. Whilst I have no idea why this was the case, I changed my password anyway. But as I was able to sign back in, I realized all my previously asked questions (after I had resubscribed), were no longer there under the 'ask a study question' section of my page, and that I had to now entirely resubscribe to the service again? I had ** questions left, and had only subscribed a few days ago. What is going on here, and may I please if possible, have my previous subscription reissued to me?**Thank you
