Help with my Chegg issue
The issue in GetHuman-lebl's own words
I bought the etextbook "Research Methods in Psychology: Evaluating a World of Information (third Edition)" around the thirteenth of August (according to my bank). I spent Sixty-six dollar and fifty two cents after tax. It was in my account and I put aside my Chegg webpage for when I started school the next week to figure out how to get it downloaded. Well I went to go use my etextbook for an assignment and my account says I don't own any etextbooks and the book is in my shopping cart. I can't look to see my previous order because it says there are no orders as of right now.
I've already spent the money and I'm not rebuying this ebook.
I would either like the etextbook made available to me or a refund and I will gladly repurchase if I get reimbursed.
I've tried looking everything in my account for proof. The only proof is the information in my bank saying I bought from Chevy.
