The issue in GetHuman-pasodero's own words
The two of our bookings (******** and ********) were canceled without our approval. I've received a notice from (please see above) that Frontier Airline has changed day*time of the departure. However, after contacting Frontier, I was told that it was indeed a Cheapoair agent who canceled the reservation without my approval or request. I was forced to make another reservation with Frontier Airlines directly in order for my husband and daughter to return back from California to North Carolina. Today, I've talked to one of the Cheapoair agents on the phone* he connected me with the refund department but after being I hour and ** minutes on hold, the phone call was dropped. It is very discouraging that in the time of crisis, an unnecessary cancelations are happening, adding more anxiety to the families. I would like to receive a full refund for the both booking covering the canceled flights from San Jose, CA to Raleigh, NC.
GetHuman-pasodero did not yet indicate what CheapOair should do to make this right.
