The issue in GetHuman-herbhpo's own words
I took my pickup truck to RBS Collision in mid September to have r*h wheel problem realigned. They agreed to do the job. I was in no rush as I was leaving town for a while. I got a text from RBS on October ** stating truck ready. Picked up truck on Oct. **, **** after paying with my Chase credit card. Upon leaving their premises I heard small strange noises but I couldn't determine were they were coming from. On Friday October ** I used the truck to pick up some items and on the way home these noises got worse and when I arrived home the r*h front brake disc was hot and the ABS brake lite was on. Went back to RBS the following Monday and told him. He advised me that they had the truck fixed at another facility and that I had to go and see them about any problems. I went there & they didn't seem that interested. I then went to my regular automotive shop and he confirmed the vehicle required towing and new sealed wheel bearing installed plus other items for an additional cost of around $***.**. Am I supposed to paid twice. NO NO. I was never contacted by RBS to say they were going to have my truck fixed at another shop nor was I ever told that they were going to use OLD PARTS yet they had my phone number. I was never asked to sign a work order for any of this
