Greetings Chase & Staff,*I am Ronald Miller, Chase Card holder ****-****-****-**** residing on Batam Island Indonesia. I contacted this same line of communication eight (*) hours ago on your nightshift regarding not viewing my statement since March due to unknown reasons but centered on my identification and password. Each is evidently not properly recorded with Chase although I have been a member since ****, and have used the card often and still do. In the previous email message hours ago I made these points. Herewith is additional detail that may affected the situation's outcome. In March-April, there was a problem receiving a replacement card and was sent three or four in rapid successio, due to poor mail service, returned or lost could not be used. Finally I got the one I presently use but due to identity confirmation am on minimum payment each month and nothing has been withdrawn from my Bank of Hawaii account for at least six month. I desire to pay my accumulated bills with vendors through the Chase card which I hold now. This is the story of cards which may have incorrectly been assigned to me or some one else and may have caused the present situation of identification: *. Replacement card wrong address and returned to Chase. *. Cards arriving late and never used, ****-****-****-**** (***) and ****-****-****-**** (***). The current one is as on the header and using it under maximum*minimum constraint. I can see how four cards to one person overseas within ** days can ***** up records and that may be the reason of my password and "Sorry we cannot identify you." This is all the detail I can furnish and the reason I am unknown. On the other hand every month Chase sends a one pager, with what I owe and a due date. Read my message of ten hours ago for the first reporting through your Help System. Staff this is not an emergency but should be cleared up in due time with a bit of research. Ronald Miller.
