My internet is not close to what I pay for, one of the bonded lines is inconstant and will flash red leaving me with around ** mbps and lots off complete internet drops daily. I tried calling in a ticket but the rep argued with me, put me on a long hold and then hung up on me and never created the ticket. I just wanted to report that there was an issue down at the grid recently and I found out that my bonded line doesn't show up on the grid worker's repair sheet. The worker hooked the line up but I haven't had speeds over ** mbps for a month now. I just wanted her to know this but she argued with me and hung up. I want to speak to a supervisor at the earliest convenience because we're ready to just cancel our service because of all this unnecessary drama...
