I upgraded my internet and I tried to mail back the old modem I called and asked for a mailing label I didn't get it so then I text and filled out the form to get a mailing label I didn't get it and now you're telling me that since I didn't return the modem within ** days that I have to pay the $*** for it and will not be reimbursed I tried within ** days to return the modem that's not on me that is on you I am totally pissed at you people because I believe all you're doing is scamming people out of their money how hard is it to just mail me out the mailing label to send back the modem I would truly like an answer
