My account seems to be totally wrong, I am seeing a new account number, get texts for increased power use for a different address on a regular basis. I believe I have been overcharged.*also, my credit card that I use for auto pay has been hacked. That is why my last payment didn't go through. I need to change this, but with the other issues I also want to speak with customer service. The last time I called your computers were down.*Thanks for your attention.
