Account holder name, Policy number, Date of birth, Billing address, and Email address on the account
The issue in GetHuman-bonniekg's own words
I have been on hold for over an hour on three different calls. I unfortunately am a new customer. I can't access the on line attendant as it doesn't recognize my loan number, I have no coupon book -- one was never sent, and I can't pay using the automated attendant. No one answers the phone. If I pay through my bank the payment will not be received until Mar *, it is due Mar *st. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. You should not pretend to have "chat" when it only directs you to email. This is my official record that I am trying to pay the new servicer of my mortgage and can not get it done on time.
GetHuman-bonniekg did not yet indicate what Cenlar should do to make this right.
