We have a confirmed booking for Hong Kong this May **. I want to print our boarding pass but your system indicates error Passenger PR**. I have been trying several times but to no avail.
GetHuman-agnescor did not yet indicate what Cebu Pacific Airlines should do to make this right.

How GetHuman-agnescor fixed the problem
Coursed it thru the travel agent who arranged our booking. I wanted to do it on my own. However, there is still no printed boarding pass because according to Cebu Pacific it is priority seating. Still need to check in and queue which i was avoiding in the first place. Not so happy about it.
