Hi all! I have the same problem with some of you guys. I booked my flight for January **** to avoid the sky high price of tickets, after a few hours of payment I checked my e-mail and saw no reply of my Itinerary ticket .I waited for a day but still nothing. It's been a week now and still no reply! CEBU PAC... what is happening? Please do something about this problem. The money I used to book that flight from here (China) is hard earned, get yourself together and give me a solution. If your system has problem, say so and fix it...please. I have been flying with you CEBU PAC for more than a DECADE, this is the first time I encountered this issue. I just want to be with my family please...
