I purchased a “Naked Touch Waterfall Case” from my cellular provider Verizon on May **, **** and again (same case) in October **** (still looking for receipt or contact Verizon). I like the case design and I am careful with anything in my possession - unfortunately all the buttons (except one on * cases) came off quickly and the plastic became discolored first month and one case lost its water. I do like this design but it is not good quality. Of course I would prefer cash refund but perhaps a credit. I am sending several photos of the * cases, * casemate box and one receipt. I can mail this all to you today. Waiting for your response.
