My husband and I realized that care.com has been charging us after we did a one month trial ($**.**) without our knowledge—charging us a total of $***.**. **We did not know your company was going to continue charging after our trial period—which we feel is dishonest. I did not receive any emails or notifications that this was going to continue or that money was being charged to my account. We have not used any babysitting services since that one month trial. We would like our $***.** refunded immediately. **My husband tried to cancel our account and your website would not let us remove our credit card information—please remove all our information from care.com. We feel this is dishonest and we plan to report your company if our money minus the trial period which is $***.** is not refunded in full.
