After a phone call for the interview I hired Karyl. We agreed-upon price we agreed upon the time she would come and she offered (because I needed a a wet vac) to drive me to Home Depot at * AM on the dot to rent a wet vac. I told her they only had one and it is first come first serve that we had to be there at eight on the dot and that was agreed-upon as well. I Texted her this morning at * AM which once again was agreed-upon... no response then again at *:** AM I texted her and no response. I then texted her at *:** AM asking for her estimated time of arrival thinking she may have been on her way and would text me a little before she would pick me up but once again no response. Then about *:**AM she text me she just woke up. Even now this was a warning sign and very unprofessional I would give her a second chance. Prior to receiving that text I had text my brother that I was pissed because we had agreed on all these things and I was getting no response and it was time for her to start the job I also added to my brothers text Because a lot of people have screwed us over in the past that I thought I was being screwed so I text my brother that I’m either being screwed or it’s the Krane family curse And added LOL and accidentally sent it to her. Even if I didn’t think she would’ve seen that I added I would give her a second chance and then added a text to her that we would not make it to Home Depot and since she said already she would bring her own supplies during the interview that she should just come to my brothers house and do what needs to be done and I texted to her politely adding to the text that the prior text wasn’t for her and that my family is cursed Night even though she got back to me at *:** I said something to the effect that she wasn’t ******** me. My family, especially myself ( I suffer from a very severe and painful neurological have been through a lot this year serious medical issues and identity theft this year. But I still sent her the address and wrote “well I didn’t get screwed but my family is cursed LOL “. I then reiterater I hope she was OK and Text if she couldn’t make it or something is wrong that we would reschedule like I said before giving her a second chance. She then texted me a little after * AM that I was treating her badly and maybe she wasn’t a fit for the job and that she wasn’t even there yet and I was bad mouthing. I don’t understand what she couldn’t read more clearly and precisely what I wrote which was giving her a second chance and still should come even w*out very necessary wet vac which was already gone from Home Depot to which she ended her text with you spoke badly about me I hope you find the right fit and just bailed on me. At the time I did the interview call which was the same day I put in the ad I had only had two responses but wanted it done ASAP so I picked her and then I thought saw today she only had two stars I wish I’d seen this sooner since it was a prelude to today but I believe that she should no longer be able work for care.com and I would like to leave this as a review to not hire this young lady.
