First of all let me say I love It has been a lifesaver for me. When we moved away from family three years ago I felt confident using and enjoyed meeting in interviewing many people. Through the process I was able to find three competent sitters for my one-year-old (who is now three). While using I only got the most affordable option and I always canceled it after I found somebody to use. *Fast forward three years later I now have twin six month olds and moved. I am in need of a new sitter, so once again I logged onto and realized I still had a active (premium) account!!? I have never signed up for a premium up account! It has been charging a credit card I never use so I was not aware of the charges! This is been charging me for years and I didn’t even know it!? All I ask for is a refund of the month that I was unaware of having an account and did not use it at all. I really need help please call me as soon as possible my phone number is ***-***-**** THANK YOU
