I used Care.com in **** to help find a nanny. After hiring her, I cancelled my account, because I didn't need it anymore. Fast forward to July **th, ****, I am trying to cancel an old credit card and noticed that I have still been being charged $**.** a month since ****!! I did not authorize these charges. I have NEVER received an invoice from care.com for these charges, NO email notifications, or letters from care.com ever. I had no idea this was going on. **I found my old nanny information, and was able to login to care.com on July **th, and cancelled my account again. At least, I think I did it right. I would like to make sure it was closed properly. **I would like to have the monthly charges from January **** - July **** reimbursed. The card being charged was a Chase Visa, ending in ****. **Thank you, Renee Cassidy****-***-****
