I requested a one month service in January. NOw I have been charged on my credit card for February, March and April. I'm kind of wondering how since my credit card expired during that time period. I am asking that the money be refunded. I hired someone and for sure didn't need additional time. But also, didn't need to continue to pay for the background check. You can probably see from my account that I don't use the service. I will need it again in August but I will refuse to use care.com if this is how you are going to do business. I hired someone last August and did not have this problem. It's a sneaky trick that will cost you customers and frankly it's unethical. You cannot continue to charge for something that I didn't ask for. **Additionally, why do you not have a phone number listed for this type of issue? Another reason to consider finding a different service. I just flat out expect better from anyone I do business with.
