I have left carpool.com voicemail messages on * separate occasions. As of today, none of these messages have ever been returned. Note: The messages were left on different weeks. I sent cardpool an email last week. I’m in hopes they will answer my email, as it is patently obvious they don’t return phone messages. I purchased a Starbucks gift card from cardpool on January **th, which I have yet to receive. As such, I’ve requested they refund my purchase price.
