In contacting Customer Care regarding my password I was told that I had to create a new email address and password. That is not reasonable or practical. The representative would not transfer me to a supervisor which I found to be very unprofessional. When I enter my password the website states "incorrect" and when I select "forgot password" I never get any information sent to my email address. Why can't I just update my password as is done everywhere? Note: my password is correct but your system has been compromised. I would like some assistance please.
