i need to speak to someone about my bill. My card number is **************** and I am talking about a letter you sent that I had a NSF of ****.**. You received two transition on the *th rather than one which caused an two NSF which remained in my account until the April **th when you billed me for a total of ****.**. What i do not agree with is That is still owe you that amount. My bank sent you * on *** and you only billed for one. In addition, I thought both transactions and I call one of your reps about how to fix it. I could not pay you because you had a credit amount. The rep told just wait until the nsfs where processed which is what I did. If you do not agree, please show me where you billed me for the *nd NSF. Please advise Thanks Linda Vorhies.
