A payment to Capital One was returned because I mistakenly instructed Capital One to transfer the money ACH from my Chase account.*Payments must originate from the Chase account and not requested*initiated by the payee.*My mistake. I sent out a replacement to correct way. Asking Capital One not to initiate or attempt any fund transfers from my Chase account. They will all be rejected.

How GetHuman3393499 fixed the problem
I realized that I made a mistake. Chase Bank does not accept ACH on a Liquid Asset Account. *In mistakenly used CapitalOne to initiate the ACH. Payment should have been made as a transfer from my Chase account to Capital One. Payment order to Chase Bank account and not to Capital One to be collected from Chase via ACH.*But I am overworked and had no sleep during the preceding night.
