I have an Apple iPad with iOS version *.*.*, when I get to logon page and input user name and password it accepts them and then I get only a blank page. I tried to download the module app but it require iOS version **.* or higher. Is this telling me I can no longer access my account unless I buy a new iPad? *Current iPad won't allow upgrade. Seems to me capital one should offer mobile app to users who do not have newer iOS versions.*What can I do to resolve this problem
