Dear Sir*Madam,*I am your client for more than ** years, paying my bills on two credit cards, VISA and Master every month on time.*Since I live for some time in Europe, I have now difficulties since last month to login into my account. In the past ** months or so, I used a * digit code, you have provided me each time when I logged in to my account, that you sent to my e-mail address. Lately you stopped that option, and now I can no longer get the access to my account. My local mobile phone I don't use anymore.
