Hello and thank you. My name is Oris S. Hinson and I currently have an auto loan with you. In **** I went in bankruptsy but only have according to the balance on my vehicle $***.** and some change. Here is the issue. I made a payment on the vehicle ********** for the amount of $***.**. I have been making my payment through the company you have servicing bankruptsy accounts. I have told them for a few months now my balance is wrong, so last week I asked them to send me a transaction history. If you pull up my transaction history you will see that it is showing a payment of $*.**. When you look on the bank statement I sent them twice....you can clearly see a payment of $***.** paid to 'Webpayment single - CarPay ***************. There is no $*.** payment on my statement and why would I make a $*.** payment? Someone punched the numbers in wrong. These people are incompetent, and very difficult to get up with. They never call back, and have difficulty seeing things or either don't understand it. I want to pay this vehicle off by the end of the week but I want to get this balance straight. They told me Friday to call them Monday and I called them this evening and got no answer and they said all the mailboxes were full. Capital One has been great to deal with, and I don't blame Capital One but these folks ...bankruptsy specialist ....aren't specialist. Could someone please ..from this country that speaks good English help me get this fixed...I will gladly resend the transaction history that they supplied me and my bank statement. I will not put my social security number here and I don't know the account number, so if someone could contact me I will gladly furnish all the information you need, I just want to get the correct balance...you can understand I don't want to pay a payment I have already made.
