I recently bought a new vehicle at Longview Hyundai, and upon reviewing the documents at home, I discovered two additional items on the bill that were never discussed or agreed upon with the Finance Manager. Despite reaching out to the Finance Manager multiple times and leaving messages with both him and my salesperson, I have not received a response. The Finance Manager mentioned saving documents on their iPad and failed to go over the bill of sale containing the added charges with me. The added service contract cost $3,[redacted], and an interior/exterior package was billed at $[redacted], almost increasing my financing by $4,[redacted]. I have a witness confirming that I did not request these additions beyond key replacement during our discussion. I am seeking to have these unauthorized charges removed from my total financing as they were not part of our agreement and intend to escalate this issue to the Better Business Bureau as I believe these charges were deliberate despite my clear refusal of any extras. Additionally, the selling price discrepancy has raised further concerns, with the salesman initially attributing it to a hidden dealer cost that was not reflected in the listed price. Despite assurances to remove the extra charges, they remain on the bill, except for the key replacement I did request at $[redacted].

I recently purchased a car from a dealer found on CarGurus, listed at $11,[redacted]. However, during the transaction, the price was increased to $12,[redacted].60, with additional fees for a Gap service and a loan interest rate of 4.99% instead of the 2% mentioned. The monthly payment presented was $[redacted].48 for 75 months, with minimal impact from an extra $[redacted] down payment. After a long wait and lack of proper explanation, I signed multiple papers unknowingly, feeling misled by the dealer's actions. The post-sale communication has been unhelpful, stating my signed agreement limits my options. The final price documented is $13,[redacted].60, including an extra $80. I am dissatisfied with this outcome and believe my monthly payment should be closer to $[redacted]. Any assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I purchased my lease car in December, and Capital One financed the loan. Despite not receiving a billing statement in January, I contacted Customer Service and successfully made a payment over the phone. Now, in February, my payment is due on the 11th, and I am facing the same issue with no billing statement in sight. Communication from Capital One has been non-existent. I am requesting for my bill and an updated statement to be sent to my home address promptly. This lack of information is incredibly frustrating! Thank you for your assistance. - Steve R.

I have been experiencing issues with your company that have led to serious repercussions for my financial situation. Initially, I was informed that I only had one payment remaining, but after not receiving the title for months, I discovered I allegedly owed a substantial amount of money. Under pressure, I reluctantly agreed to a payment plan, but the company failed to adhere to it, resulting in my account being charged off and negatively impacting my credit score. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the matter and obtain my title, I have been met with dishonesty and unfulfilled promises. I am determined to have my account marked as paid, as the misleading information and lack of transparency from your company have caused significant distress. If I do not receive the title within the next 7 days, I will explore legal avenues and seek out others who may have had similar experiences. It is imperative that this issue be addressed promptly and appropriately, as I have already paid a considerable amount exceeding the loan value and excessive interest charges. I will not tolerate being taken advantage of any longer and will share my ordeal across various platforms to ensure accountability.

We have a judgment for approximately $[redacted] against Jacson and Suenky Vasquez issued by the judge on 3/22/[redacted]. In our research to collect property to satisfy this judgment, we discovered that they are the owners of a [redacted] Dodge Journey GT with VIN: 3C4PDCEG0JT379869 and plate CYC2916, which is consistently parked at their residence. The judgment was declared before they were granted an auto loan. We are questioning why the auto loan was approved despite the outstanding judgment and would like to proceed with placing an additional lien on the vehicle. Please reply promptly. I recently paid off my Capital One Auto Finance loan and was surprised to receive a standard letter instructing me to obtain a lien-free title from the PennDot. As a participant in the PA Dept of Transportation Electronic Lien and Title program, Capital One is supposed to perform an electronic transaction to release the lien immediately. Despite this, three weeks later, I still do not have a clear title. I have tried to reach out to Capital One via phone and email, but have not received any response.

I work as a title clerk at a dealership and currently have a title without a lien release date, only a signature. The DMV is requesting a lien release date for the title transfer or to acquire a duplicate. Despite my efforts, I am unable to provide the necessary 13-digit account number or social security number when calling various numbers. I am seeking assistance to obtain the lien release promptly. Please contact me via email at [redacted]. This request is for Edward Molphus regarding a [redacted] RAM [redacted] with VIN 3C6RR6LT7HG541759.

I am reaching out to report that my husband has recently passed away. I was informed that someone would contact me by phone, but it has been almost two weeks with no communication. I have attempted to call multiple times, but the calls were dropped after being on hold for a long time. Additionally, the last representative I spoke with had difficulty communicating in English, making it challenging to understand the information provided. Can you assist me in obtaining the correct phone number or mailing address to establish contact with the appropriate department?

I am currently working at a dealership, and I am in need of obtaining a lien release for the vehicle belonging to Mary Patricia Osawamick. The vehicle in question is a [redacted] Nissan Frontier with Vin# 1N6AD0EVGN713741. The initial transaction was a cash deal, where the Nissan served as a trade-in. Unfortunately, Mary has misplaced the title, and the re-issued one lists Capitol One as the lien holder. I do not have access to her social security number or account number. My sole purpose in acquiring the lien release is to facilitate the sale of the Nissan. Kindly reach out to me via email at [redacted] or by phone at [redacted] ext [redacted].

I am writing on behalf of Scott D. Fitzgerald. I am his legal power of attorney and can provide paperwork upon request. Scott currently has a delinquent car loan. He has been incarcerated since January [redacted] and is serving an 11-month sentence. He managed to make payments from his savings until June [redacted]. In January [redacted], Scott entrusted his car to a friend to keep it safe while he figured out how to pay the loan. Now that he is unable to provide the money until January, the car remains with the friend, who has ceased communication with Scott. This situation has become challenging for Scott to address while in custody. My husband and I have been contacted by a repossession company, but we are unsure of the car's whereabouts. We have some contact information that may lead us to the car, but we are uncertain whether Scott should surrender the vehicle or attempt to reclaim it from his friend. I prefer to have minimal involvement in this matter but aim to have a resolution prepared for Scott upon his release. Given the complexities involved, we seek guidance on how to initiate the process. As I am legally empowered to make decisions, I hope to commence resolving this issue promptly. Whom should we contact for assistance? Unfortunately, I do not have access to Scott's online Capital One account, and if it is still active, I believe it should be deactivated to ensure security. I will furnish relevant details and confirmation of the situation to facilitate necessary actions. Thank you, Diane F. Email: [redacted]

Dear Customer Service, I am reaching out regarding the wrongful repossession of my vehicle. I can provide all my statements showing I have never missed a payment. Following a car accident, my car was at the tow yard, and unexpectedly, I received an email notifying me of the repossession. Surprisingly, this action occurred in the same month I made a payment. I received no prior calls or letters indicating any missed payments. I diligently ensured all payments were made on time. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service for clarification, I have not received a satisfactory explanation and have only been transferred around. Currently, my account is closed, and I have been left with a bill for the remaining amount after the vehicle sale. I have thoroughly reviewed my statements, and there is no record of missed payments. Unless this matter is resolved promptly, legal action may be necessary. Kindly provide viable options for resolving this matter. While I hope to avoid legal action, I am prepared to pursue this route if required. Unfortunately, I do not have my loan number readily available but hopeful you can locate my details using my name, address, and the last four digits of my social security number. Name: Jerome J. I have received multiple emails and voice messages from your company recently. I have tried to return the phone call without success. I am unwilling to provide my social security number, as I do not have an account number, and I have never received a monthly statement. I spoke to a representative from your company 2-3 weeks ago and requested a monthly bill, which I have yet to receive. I am frustrated that your phone number does not connect me to a live representative to address this issue. Kindly reach out to me by phone with a real person. I am very displeased with how your company is handling this situation.

I recently purchased a [redacted] Dodge Ram [redacted] from Ryan Carlstrom, and I have encountered issues with the title having a lien on it, unbeknownst to me at the time of purchase. He provided a bill of sale initially due to the lost title but failed to disclose the lien situation. After several attempts to contact him, he has disappeared, changing his address and phone number. I reached out to a representative regarding obtaining a lien release or a no-interest letter to rectify the situation. I was informed the letter would arrive within 10-14 business days, but it has been longer. I am concerned about the delay and uncertain if I will receive the necessary documentation.

I recently bought a car with a previous Capital One loan, but the WA State Department of Motor Vehicles won't accept the letter verifying the loan payment because it's not notarized. Despite attempts, the previous owner couldn't provide a notarized letter from Capital One. I require a notarized letter from Capital One to release their interest in the vehicle for the title transfer. I lack the previous owner's Social Security number to use the automated system or contact Capital One by phone. I have the account number, the letter from Capital One, as well as a bill of sale and a notarized affidavit of release of interest from the previous owner. Could you please advise me on how to obtain a notarized letter from Capital One confirming the lien release for the vehicle? Thank you for your help.

Hello, I am Casey Shields. I am reaching out because I have fallen behind on my Capital One auto finance car payments due to illness and a job change caused by the impact of Covid-19. The company I worked for closed down due to the pandemic, leading me to secure a new position with Amazon after facing some health challenges. I have managed to obtain a loan to cover the missed payments and intend to use it to catch up on my car loan and credit card balances. I appreciate the support Capital One has provided and I apologize for the delay in communication. Rest assured, I am in the process of receiving the funds and plan to settle the outstanding payments promptly. I aim to avoid any future payment issues, especially now that I have stabilized my situation with a new job at Amazon. I hope to refinance for lower monthly payments with Capital One auto finance once everything is back on track. Thank you for your understanding. Casey Shields.

Hello, I'm Suzette Richardson. I've been struggling to resolve billing issues. I've noticed an extra charge of $[redacted].68 each month because money was applied to the principal without my consent. Capital One Auto Finance claims I owe this amount, but I disagree. The funds are debited monthly from my bank account. I've been repeatedly informed I missed previous payments, incurring late fees despite paying on time. Threats to report me to credit bureaus are concerning. I request a thorough review of this matter. I find these practices dubious, and if necessary, I will inform all credit agencies linked to Capital One Auto Finance of my experience.

I am currently working on catching up with my auto account. Due to a delay in receiving my expected raises from work, it has been challenging to stay on track financially, especially as a single 59-year-old woman with one income. I recently made a $[redacted].00 payment on April 13th and will be sending additional payments after this week's payday. I am also expecting a tax refund in a few weeks, which I plan to apply towards my auto payments. I want to thank you for your understanding and patience regarding this matter. My vehicle is crucial for commuting to work, and I am committed to fulfilling my payment obligations. Thank you for your support.
