You guys are a complete fraud. I was sent a letter stating I had one payment left. After months I never received my title. After looking into it I was then told I owed over $****** Out of protest and under duress I agreed to a payment plan of * payments over * weeks. You guys didn't follow the agreement which overdrafted my account and sent my loan to charged off. You have caused severe damage to my credit. I just called yet again to settle this and get my title. Yet again I was lied to. This is my last attempt to have this account listed as paid due to your lies and fraudulent reporting. If I do not receive my title within * days I will find out what legal options I have and look into others who were mislead by your company or told they had * payment left only to find out you were going to extort them for more money. This has gone on long enough. I have paid well over the value of my loan and the extremely high interest you charge. Your company is a cancer to those who need help. I will be sharing my issues on every form of media possible. Im sure im not the only one and less than $*** to make it right seems small compared to a full blown class of people and having to open all your books to the world.
