It seems Capital One is only focused on profit. I completed my car payment on May 16, [redacted], with an overpayment of $[redacted]. Despite contacting them since May 18, I am still awaiting my refund. An agent from the "Office of the President" mentioned a mandatory 18-day wait period. Promises of receiving the refund by June 3 were unmet, and when I tried to follow up, the agent's extension was out of service. The refund check was allegedly mailed on June 5, with an additional 7 to 10 business days for delivery. Capital One's delay in returning my money is frustrating and seems like they are using it to generate more profits. I will escalate the issue to the Maryland Attorney General's Office and address my concerns with Capital One's President and Chief Financial Officer.

I am seeking assistance with an auto loan through Capital One for my [redacted] Hyundai Sonata. In April, I fell more than 30 days behind on a loan payment. I recently bought a [redacted] Toyota Camry from Performance Toyota in Reading, PA. The financing was supposed to be handled by Capital One. However, upon reviewing the paperwork, I noticed an unexpected charge of $[redacted] for an "Optional Gap Contract" on line 4D of the "Retail Installment Sale Contract." I was assured I didn't need

A few months ago, I was laid off from my job. Last month, I started working temporarily at a lower-paying job and made our June car payment late in two installments. I recently sent a $23K payoff check to Capital One Auto on 7/25/19, and it cleared on 7/26/19. Despite this, the payment has not been applied to close out my loan. I have contacted multiple representatives in different departments, and each time I am told the payment will be posted within 3-5 business days since 7/25/19. However, every time I follow up after the 3-5 days, I receive different excuses and another delay of 3-5 business days. This issue has affected my credit report with two vehicles showing up, and I am now making payments for two cars. I have tried all avenues to resolve this, but I cannot seem to reach a manager or supervisor for assistance.

I request details such as the applicant's phone number or IP address. I already finance one of my seven cars, staying current without any credit issues. There are no collections on my credit report.
I am a proud veteran dealing with an unresolved billing matter between a hospital and the VA. My substantial assets, including my house, three airplanes, 36-foot RV, four antique cars, and two boats, are owned free and clear.
