The issue in GetHuman-usamanda's own words
I was refunded a payment that was taken a day earlier than was expected and was asked to call back and make the payment when my bank saw that it had been refunded and reverses my overdraft charge. Before i had a chance to call back and give you authorization, you took the money back and I have the proof of such. I was asked to send a fax but then ended up back in the hospital and have not been able to get around. I want to send you the proof from my bank via email. Because you have no records showing that the payment was retaken by you, you are saying that I am an extra month behind and violating my agreement. There really should be some way that I can send it to you via email as a pdf from my online account with Bank of America. At least allow me to send it so you can look in to it further since it was not my mistake. If need be I will send it again through FAX when I am up and about. In the meantime you can see I am telling the truth and not further escalate my account.
