My mother and I created a capital one *** MONEY account, and she was able to send me ** dollars upon creating it on the fifth of August. She wants to send me some more money, but to do so online she has to sign into her account at capitalone***.com. However, when she signs into her Capital One account, she ends up in myaccounts.capitalone.com, while I'm in secure.capitalone***.com. This is a problem because the steps required to complete an online transfer require us to have capitalone***.com open: the standard Capital One site doesn't have the corresponding menus*options, at least not that we can see. As a result, my mother is completely unable to send me money, or view my account. We couldn't find any helpful information in the FAQ or online.
