I’ve spent my entire day trying to contact Canon regarding my defective Canon PIXMA TS**** Printer that I purchased ********* at Best Buy (on-line)... My Printer suddenly stopped working! When powered “ON” displays Error Code ****! I’ve tried everything - no troubleshooting methods work! All attempts to reach CANON SUPPORT have failed! I cannot wait ** minutes for a phone representative (even though I tried!) Now I desperately need a Printer! Just today I discovered via on-line “blog” that Error **** is due to “failed hardware”... My research taught me that I’m covered under “InstantEchange Service “if" I can reach Canon Technical Support on-line — what a joke! Impossible! At this point, I cannot wait any longer... Canon needs to replace my Printer ASAP! Please advise ASAP!
