I want to know where my parcel is.*There now remains only one of * notifications that were posted for the date of pickup.**Apparently items are simply not being scanned. Similar shoddy performance by your employees, contractees or agents has been going on for over * years now.**I have written. I have phoned. I have e-mailed. What does it take to make functional something as simple as a tracking service (included in the cost to me).**Your continual repetitions of information I never wanted in the first place, and a really, really obnoxious "music" track that I guarantee you makes people feel annoyed and frustrated ... while they (your bread and buter) sit on hold for a half hour or more, waiting for customer service.
