I have been experiencing ongoing issues with Canada Post not ringing my buzzer to deliver packages for almost a year now. While there was some improvement in November, December [redacted], and early January, the problem persists. I live at a condo in Langley, BC, and despite being home most days, no attempts have been made to deliver packages. Due to my visual impairment and lack of transportation, I have had to cancel several subscriptions for heavier items. This lack of service has resulted in numerous undelivered packages over the past few months, and I suspect the drivers may be prioritizing speed over customer service. Many others in my complex have also raised similar complaints, indicating a larger issue. I believe Canada Post should reconsider its delivery policies for multi-family units to prevent further inconvenience for customers. Thank you. Barb B.

I purchased an external CD drive from Amazon that did not arrive. The tracking showed it was delivered, but I did not receive it. Luckily, I received a refund without any problems. After reordering, I found out a neighbor from 8 Duke Street in St. Stephen NB received my package, which was intended for 8 Pagan Street. It seems the previous CD drive might have also gone to 8 Duke. I prefer future deliveries to be accurate and suggest packages be handed to an individual who must sign after verifying the address. If no one is available, a pickup notification can be left in the mailbox.

I want to report a concerning incident that occurred with a staff member at your Midland Ontario post office this morning. Despite not wearing perfume, I had used scented hand lotion before my visit. Upon seeing the sign about scent sensitivity, the employee activated an air purifier and a large fan directed towards me. Throughout the interaction, she covered her mouth and nose, coughed, and appeared excessively dramatic. This experience left me feeling humiliated and uncomfortable. Another customer present also expressed apologies for the situation. I believe it may be beneficial for the employee to work in a role with more distance from the public. I am hesitant about returning to the post office after this encounter. Please investigate this matter, as I feel this behavior may have affected others as well.

Hello, this is Muhammad Mujtaba S. I live at Apt#[redacted], [redacted] Wellesley Street East, Toronto, Ontario. I am reaching out about a parcel my brother sent me from Poland via Poland Post. The parcel was collected on 5th November and departed from Warsaw on 7th November. The tracking number is RR[redacted]78PL. Unfortunately, I have not received the parcel yet. Upon contacting Poland Post, my brother received a response explaining that Canada Post no longer provides detailed tracking information for registered foreign parcels from certain countries, including Poland. The estimated delivery time to Canada is 5 business days, but it is not guaranteed and may be delayed. I have checked multiple locations such as Canada Post at Rexall, Shoppers Drug Mart, and Penguin Post near the Parliament Street intersection, but to no avail. I placed an order for 2 pairs of Premium Orthopedic Sandals on September 30, [redacted], from China, at a cost of $55.01 in Canadian dollars. When I checked the tracking information, it indicated that the package was delivered on October 30, [redacted], at 12:38, yet I did not receive it. I was at home all day and did not hear any delivery attempt. I suspect the package may have been misdelivered, as I have experienced receiving mail for incorrect addresses in the past and have had to return these to the mail carrier. I have already contacted Canada Post about this issue, and they insist that the package was delivered. I have also corresponded with the company I purchased it from, who provided me with their tracking information and suggested verifying with Canada Post. I am worried about not receiving the sandals I need for my leg issue, and I cannot afford to lose that amount as a senior citizen on a fixed income. Canada Post's lack of flexibility in addressing issues for customers with limited resources and funds can be a significant challenge. The high cost associated with placing holds on mail or forwarding it can be burdensome. It would be beneficial if they offered a service to redirect mail and parcels for free when online sellers make shipping mistakes. This would demonstrate a greater consideration for customers and their deliveries. Canada Post should prioritize customer satisfaction over filling their own pockets, as their current focus on monetary gain seems to overshadow quality service. Their approach appears to be solely profit-driven, neglecting the importance of customer care in their operations.

Around 18 months ago, our post office was relocated from Country Grocer to [redacted] Royal Oak Drive, which has been quite inconvenient for me living on the west side of the highway. Fortunately, a new post office has opened on the east side at [redacted] West Saanich Rd in the shopping center I frequent. I am interested in redirecting all my parcels to be delivered to this new post office. While I know about the option of using flex delivery, I hear it may not apply to parcels sent via Canada Post from one personal address to another, such as those mailed by my brother from Dawson Creek. I phoned to inquire about holding our mail while we were on vacation. I was given instructions on how to set it up online and told my mother-in-law could collect our mail with a letter of authorization, which we promptly submitted. However, when she visited the post office, they refused to release the mail to her even with the required letter. This situation has caused us frustration and disappointment as the process did not go as planned. I am requesting a complete refund for the service that failed to deliver as promised. I receive parcels at my address occasionally and don't mind when they are delivered upstairs. Today, I heard someone at the front door upstairs while the lady who lives there was out. Since I was expecting a package from Canada Post, I thought the person might be trying to deliver it to me. When there was no answer at the door, I noticed the delivery person going back to their van. After they rearranged items in the van, I went outside and waited for him to come out. I asked if the parcel he tried to deliver was for me, giving my name, and he confirmed. I brought the Amazon box downstairs to my basement apartment, only to realize it wasn't for me. Unfortunately, by the time I went back upstairs, he had already left. I have no means to contact the intended recipient or deliver the package to her.

I paid $[redacted] to ship a package to Australia with the expectation of delivery in 3-4 weeks. It has been almost a month, and I am unable to locate the current whereabouts of the package. I was eagerly anticipating a delivery. On December 2nd, I saw my mail carrier drop mail in my box. However, when I checked the tracking, it stated that a delivery notice was left in the mail on that same day, but I did not find it in the box. Today, December 3rd, I saw the mail carrier place mail in the box along with a delivery notice, which was dated November 2nd. I'm confused about this mix-up. Hello, we usually have our mailbox situated beside our front entrance, and up until today, we had not encountered any problems with mail delivery. However, today's mail delivery left me a bit concerned as the mail was placed on the snow-covered porch rather than in the mailbox. Despite the light snow covering, approximately 1 cm, there was no ice present. The delivery consisted of five pieces of mail neatly placed on the porch near the steps, causing all the mail to become wet. I would appreciate confirmation that this delivery method will not be repeated in the future. Thankfully, there was no wind today to further complicate matters.

I recently received an email from what appears to be Canada Post regarding a package delivery issue. Since I haven't sent any packages, I suspect it might be a scam or phishing attempt. Good morning. I was anticipating a delivery from Zulily via Purolater on Monday, December 2nd, [redacted]. Despite being home all day, the parcel did not arrive as expected. Upon checking the Zulily site, I discovered a note stating that I needed to pick up the package, but no actual card was left at my door. I am unsure of the parcel's location and lack the proper documentation to verify any delivery attempt. I am interested in obtaining a mailbox at the PetroCan location near Anzac. I have reached out previously, but was told all compartments were taken. I am aware of six individuals, including myself, who currently share my mother's mailing address. Additionally, many others in our community rely on the [redacted] Band Office for mail delivery due to the limited availability of mailboxes. Please advise on any potential solutions. Thank you. I am feeling extremely frustrated by this situation. In early to mid-April [redacted], Canada Post incorrectly delivered my income tax refund to the wrong mailbox, leading to the cheque being cashed unlawfully. Despite having the cheque re-issued twice since then, Revenue Canada confirmed that the new cheque has not been cashed or received yet. I urgently need this money, especially with Christmas approaching. I sent out an affidavit and another form almost 2.5 months ago, but I have not received either of them. It took nearly 2 months for my Manitoba driver's license to arrive as well. I am concerned that there might be an issue with mail delivery to my address. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I recently sent around 15 Christmas cards and small packages from Calgary to Finland. Unfortunately, most of the cards and only 2 out of 5 packages were returned to me due to a postal strike in Finland. The return to sender stickers, applied by Canada Post, meant I had to find space on the envelopes to rewrite the recipient's address, and this caused delays and inconvenience. The strike in Finland had already ended by the time I received the items back. The situation not only affected the appearance of the envelopes but also caused delays in delivery. I am now left wondering about the fate of the remaining cards and packages that were not returned. The lack of tracking makes it impossible to know their status until late January or February [redacted]. This whole ordeal has been a waste of money, time, and energy for both the postal employees and myself.

I received a tracking email on December 3rd with this 16-digit number: [redacted][redacted]. My delivery was supposed to arrive on the 3rd, and it's now the 5th. What is the delay? I was advised to use online services, but it's not easier as promised. The online process requires me to provide information like a credit card number, which seems more convenient for you than for me.

I recently purchased an item from a private seller in the USA. The package was sent from Huntsville, Alabama on November 14, [redacted], and I tracked it with the tracking number LH[redacted]80US. It successfully made its way to Toronto and cleared customs but then seemed to vanish after being processed in Mississauga. I've reached out to Canada Post for assistance in locating the missing package, but so far, the response has been to have the sender initiate a claim from the US. I possess all the relevant tracking information up to when the package disappeared, and I simply want Canada Post to take further action to help find it. This situation has left me feeling frustrated, and I'm eager for a resolution.
