I posted an urgent parcel from the UK to my aunt in Canada on Wednesday **th August I paid for Parcelforce Express one day delivery. Expected delivery Friday ** August.*The parcel was not received so I contacted Parcelforce to track this yesterday * September. It transpires the parcel was incorrectly posted by the Post Office in the UK and was sent as non-priority. *I understand it is now at Mississauga depot for despatch Wednesday * September. *It is extremely urgent that this parcel is collected today as my aunt flies out to Jamaica tomorrow morning * September.*Please advise me of your depot address and confirm if my aunt can collect this in person. Today please. This is a matter of urgency and I am totally distraught. I would be extremely grateful for your prompt response.*Tracking: EK*********GB
