I didn't receive my package or any indication from anyone anywhere that it had been delivered, i eventually found out due to amazon asking me for a review of the package i never even got. I tried calling in multiple times to the Canada Post number only to be put on hold for a frankly disrespectful and insulting amount of time while being forced to listen to the same aggravating automated voice, I'd much rather have just listened to the hold music and that is saying something considering how monotonous it was. But back to the point, I got no heads up about my delivery at all and since the seller did everything right on their end and even responded to me in a timely fashion despite their busy schedule, I have no problems with them. The postal service on the other hand I AM having problems with, which is why I need to speak to an actual representative to help me sort this out, no automatic emails, no condescending robot voice on the phone telling me things I already know from looking at the website and then telling me to check the website like I'm *, I just want to speak to a flesh and blood human who actually can assist me in resolving this issue. *Please and thank you, and to whoever reads this and finds a way to connect me with anyone at the postal service to sort this out, you have my utmost respect and gratitude.
