I am a self employed energy consultant. I have lost my contract due to COVID-** crisis end of April ****. I started claims since then and have not received any payment. I am certifying my claims every * weeks and all of them are shown pending on EDD website.*I contacted EDD by email * times already (**** and ****), received an automatic reply stating they will get back to me within *-* days but nothing happened. I tried to call at least ** times with no success.*I would like to be contacted by EDD staff to know why does it take so long
