I filed back in February when I quit my job for a toxic work environment. I was denied benefits. I then started consulting and lost my contract due to COVID. I 'reopened' my claim due to COVID and I see online that my claim is disqualified. I never received a letter stating why. I should be eligible for PUA and other benefits, since I lost my contract due to COVID **. I've tried for weeks to talk to someone, but can't get thru. I have also emailed EDD twice, with no response after the * day period it says it will get back to me.
