got a letter from cadillac dated feb, **,**** re: low beam headlights on my **** srx. made appt at local cad dealership( ritchie cadillac daytona beach florida) on may **,**** for repair as stated in letter, informed on that date headlights were on back order from manufacturer. called again on june **, **** to check back order status and again was told they were still back ordered and no repair could be performed. it is now july **,****, approx * months after i recieved initial correspondence regarding this repair. needless to say this delay has been very disappointing and a poor reflection on your brand. would be appreciative of any insight when this problem of supply and repair will be resolved, thank you david lottes *** ***-****
